Dear Kristine, While you were away in the NZ, your dear sister screwed up. I left out Eric’s name in the program booklet. If I were Eric I’d be feeling quite upset and hurt too. Would a simple apology even suffice? I guess not. I’m so careless that maybe I’m not suited for this job.
